Vinod is the founder & CMD of Vinpra, and has over 27 years of experience in Pipeline Valves, Actuators, Pumps & Instrumentation Fittings & Valves. He was originally hired in Leader Valves Ltd as graduate engineer trainee program, then went on to become the Terrioty Manager -India for Velan Inc Canada & Regional Sales Manager for Velan India, where he led the many turnkey projects of Oil & Gas / Super Critical Thermal Power plants. Also worked with Bray Controls India as Head Of Sales, Business Development & later Factory ISS Operations & Marketing, He has worked for Instrumenation line as well, for Astec India & Malayisa as Business Director & CEO. Previously, as Group President of Havi, he spearheaded many transactions, and is credited with turning around the India division; shifting it from a INR 30 Cr.to over a INR 68 Cr. operation. He is well regarded for his deep industry knowledge and customer focus. Vinod is Charted Mechanical Engineer from IME, Mumbai, He has also done PGD in International Business from IIMAT, Diploma in Finance Management from RGIMT & Doctorate in Operations & Business Management from RGIMT.

Gaurav Dalal – Chief Executive Officer,

Gaurav is a qualified Mechanical Engineer & MBA in Marketing, with a wide experience of 18 years in the manufacturing of Pipeline Valves. Gaurav presently also holding a position of Chief Executive Officer of Rappid Valves (India) Pvt Ltd. In his role, Gaurav focus is to expand VinPra Infrastructure & Operational functions, also enhanced the product portfolio & complete business development in India & overseas.

Sunaina P. Daftari – Executive Director (Business Development & Corporate HR),

Sunaina is a qualified B. Tech with MBA in HR & with a wide experience of 17 years in the business development & corporate H.R. She has worked with different engineering companies & also were heading the H.R function of the companies. Sunaina focus is to expand VinPra business across the country & to expand VinPra Global Footprint through new and enhanced solutions. Sunaina is also responsible for facilitating alignment between VinPra strategic business goals and human resources while ensuring the company is compliant at the local and federal level.
